Our fine quality beds are called Marcello and come from Mille Notti. If you are interested in buying beds or linen from them, you may visit their web page at www.mille-notti.com.

breakfast is served on our ground floor. With our 100 items to choose from on our breakfast buffet, you´ll need plenty of time. enjoy the delicious breakfast between
weekdays: 6.15 a.m. – 9.30
weekends 7.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m.
The opening hours for our breakfast may vary during the summer months and on national holiday weekends. Don’t forget to book your breakfast time at the front desk!

environmental work: Reduce food waste
Take as much as you want and leave as little as you can.
You can help us to reduce food waste. The less food that is thrown away, the better for the environment. Today, almost every guest throw food from the hotel’s breakfast buffet.
Our tips:
· Take smaller portions from our breakfast buffet and pick up more times instead, helping you reduce your food waste.
· To reduce the dishes and water consumption, please use the same plate more times and preferably fill the same cup.

cleaning
Housekeeping will clean the room daily, bed linens are changed every third day and towels are only exchanged when they are left on the floor. Help out the environment and hang your towels so they are not exchanged daily.

check out
Our regular check out time is 11.00 p.m. If you wish to have a late check out, it can be arranged towards a smaller fee. Please contact the front desk.

computer & copy machine
Do you need access to a computer or to get something printed, contact or email the front desk at info.linkoping@andhotel.se and we’ll help you out.

credit cards
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

electricity
The hotel has an energy saving system, please put your keycard in the holder by the door. All the electricity sockets in the room are working even if the card is removed.

emergency
In an emergency situation please dial 112, or reception at the phone.
emergency exit & fire alarm
All rooms have an evacuation plan showing the closest emergency exit. If the alarm where to go off, please follow the instructions on the evacuation plan. There are emergency exits on all floors, characterized by green signs. The assembly point’s is the crossing Västra vägen/Storgatan.

front Desk
Open 24h. Fans, adapters, fax/photocopies, extra hangers, extra toiletries (shaving set, dental set, comb, shower cap, sanitary protection, face cloth) extra pillows, duvets and towels. All available on request.

Can be found by the bar.

ironing
An iron and ironing board are to be found in your room.

key card
The key card is valid only during your stay. Please return the key on departure.

kiosk
At and bar you can buy snacks and drinks. When the bar is closed you can turn to the front desk for these items.

laundry
Weekdays you can drop off your laundry at the front desk before 09.00 a.m. and we’ll make sure you have it back before 4.00 p.m.

lobby
On our entrance floor, you find our living room, perfect suitable if you would like to hang out, read a magazine, use the internet, have a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of water in a cosy atmosphere.

luggage room
We have a luggage room for you at the front desk.

minibar
There are no filled up minibars in the rooms. If you wish to order anything you can do so at the bar or the front desk.

parking
Your car is welcome! Parking is available next to the hotel and is paid for via the reception, Akilles parking service in the garage or via the website LinPark. You can easily register your car on the App: LinPark where you register your car’s registration number to easily drive in and out of garages and get a receipt directly on the emails.

pets
Of course your pet is welcome here, in designated rooms. There’s an additional fee of 250 SEK for your furry friends’ entire stay. The pet is welcome in the room but not in the restaurant or lounge.

restaurant
The hotel’s on-site restaurant, &restaurant offers tempting food inspired by Swedish cuisine. The restaurant is perfect for business lunches or for a satisfying meal after a long day of work or travel. You can also have a drink in our bar.

safety
For your own safety, please allocate your nearest exit on the evacuation plan in your room.

safety box
There’s a safety box in each room. You will find it’s instructions thereon.

safety lock
Each room door is equipped with an extra automatic lock bolt which releases when the door closes. This is replacing the safety chain.

sauna
Separate changing rooms and saunas are to be found on floor 1 in our fitness center. Opening hours 5:30 am – 10:00 pm

shopping
Our hotel is located in the center of Linköping. You will find plenty of stores, malls and cafés right outside the door. Ask at the front desk for a map and we’ll gladly show you where your new favorite spot may be.

smoking
Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. It is also not allowed by Swedish law to smoke on our hotel property or nearby our entrances. Doing so will result in a fine imposed to 3000 SEK per occasion.

tap water
The tap water is fresh and fine to drink.

We recommend Linköping 013 Taxi AB which can be contacted at +46 (0)13 30 30 13 or press Taxi on the telephone in your room. The front desk is also more than happy to help you order a taxi.
